Who we are
LandMark is operated by registered company name, registered in jurisdiction under number company number, at registered address.
The service
LandMark designs, writes and builds landing pages with AI and, on done-for-you packages, with human experts. You are responsible for checking every fact, price and claim before you publish. Anything we could not verify from your brief is highlighted 'to confirm'.
Your content and pages
You keep all rights in what you upload and in the pages we make for you, including the exported code. We process your content only to provide the service and do not use it to train models.
Leads
Leads captured by your hosted page are stored for you; you are the controller of that data and responsible for your own privacy notice to your visitors.
Plans
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Page allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Fair-use limits protect the service.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or deceptive pages; no phishing or impersonation; no attempts to overload the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of governing law.
